As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising real estate sales agents and building a strong sales team including buyer's agents and showing assistants. You will mentor the real estate team to success by managing the agents, motivating and training them to put their clients first and win leads.

You will handle a wide range of tasks related to managing the sales team, including scheduling appointments with clients, providing feedback after meetings, and ensuring that the sales team has everything they need to perform well. You will also track sales performance metrics and report these results back to senior management.

In this role, you will:

  1. Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training, and coaching on sales techniques, products, upselling, and cross-selling.
  2. Plan and direct sales team training.
  3. Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
  4. Set individual and monthly sales targets for the sales teams.
  5. Work on sales scripts with agents.
  6. Achieve monthly sales targets through personal and group accounts.
  7. Generate leads and prospects to meet quarterly sales production review parameters.
  8. Assist the Sales Manager with recruiting, developing, and training new sellers.
  9. Conduct site viewing/tripping regularly.
  10. Track, collate, and interpret sales figures and reporting.
  11. Ensure team members have the necessary resources to perform effectively.
  12. Control expenses and monitor budgets.
  13. Monitor team performance and motivate them to achieve targets.
  14. Maintain records of team sales, payments, and account reviews.
  15. Source feedback for marketing, operations, and tech teams to enhance product effectiveness.
  16. Collect customer feedback and market research for internal measures and follow-ups.
  17. Verify agency data/numbers to analyze growth opportunities and determine recruiting needs.
  18. Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base through effective team management.
  19. Keep track of agency pools and verify agency data.
  20. Source feedback for effective planning and execution.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in sales, business administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years sales experience in the real estate field.
  3. Valid KSA license required.
  4. Strong knowledge of the local market.
  5. Strong knowledge of different sales techniques and pipeline management.
  6. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  7. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. Team player with a strong ability to influence and interact at all levels.
  10. Ability to work in and lead a project team.
  11. Approachability and friendly personality.
  12. Able to motivate others and deal with ambiguity.
  13. Compassion, composure, and empathy.
  14. Ability to reflect and self-learn.
