About the Role:

To deliver the Company’s growth objective by optimizing the sales & distribution of all Almarai product range in his designated area by strictly adhering to Company policies & procedures and maintaining the highest standards of sales ethics.

1. Setting/reviewing targets for Salesmen on a regular basis to ensure the sales/growth objective is achieved.
2. Commencing new routes/reviewing existing coverage to optimize resources.
3. Conducting route ride/field assessment for all salesmen in his area.
4. Conducting route audit & customer satisfaction survey.
5. Reporting product complaints by having a vigilant check during market coverage.
6. Planning and implementing in-store promotions.

Requirements:

• Must be holding Diploma Certificate/preferred bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in a van sales environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication English skills.
• Good knowledge in MS Office apps & Driving license.
• Must have competencies such as: Supervisory management skills; Numerical & analytical; Communication; Customer relation/focus; Team building & leading; Interpersonal skills.
