Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Sales Specialist at Fntique. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for communication with customers, providing exceptional customer service, sales generation, training, and will also be responsible for closing sales deals and collaborating with the company's team. The role will involve day-to-day activities related to sales and customer engagement.

Qualifications

1. Communication and customer service skills
2. Experience in conducting market research
3. Sales and international sales management abilities
4. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
5. Experience in the furniture or home decor industry is required
6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Additional beneficial qualifications and skills include:

1. Proficiency in a second language (French or Portuguese)
2. Experience with e-commerce platforms and online sales
3. Knowledge of customs laws and regulations

Compensation

Commission-based only.
