Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: All of Saudi Arabia

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Red Bull Mobile. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with customers, and managing the end-to-end sales process. You will be tasked with identifying new business opportunities, presenting Red Bull Mobile's products and services to potential clients, and closing sales deals. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Growth: Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and research. Expand the customer base and increase revenue across Saudi Arabia.
  2. Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Deliver tailored presentations and product demos, addressing client needs and objections, and effectively negotiating pricing and terms for Red Bull Mobile's products.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients across the country. Provide ongoing support to existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Market Insights & Strategy: Understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics to effectively position Red Bull Mobile's products and capture new sales opportunities.
  5. Sales Reporting: Track and report sales performance, client interactions, and key metrics regularly to management. Use data insights to adjust and refine sales strategies.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer support, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment with Red Bull Mobile's goals.

Requirements:

  1. Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  2. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in sales, ideally within the telecommunications, tech, or retail industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  3. Core Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  4. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic. Ability to present and pitch products/services clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

  1. Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
  2. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts.
  3. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams to achieve business goals and maximize sales.

Additional Requirements:

  1. Proficiency in English and Arabic is essential.
  2. Valid driving license and willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia as needed.
