Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Distributors and Contractors to keep our brand as the preferred solution in projects.
  2. Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our automatic pedestrian door systems, including their features, advantages, and technical specifications, enabling you to provide informed advice and solutions to clients.
  3. Team Leadership: Manage a team of Sales Executives and guide them to reach their personal targets while maintaining strict reporting schedules.
  4. Educational Outreach: Conduct seminars, workshops, and presentations to educate professionals in the industry about the benefits and applications of our products. Provide training on product installation, maintenance, and compliance.
  5. Technical Expertise: Offer technical support and guidance during project planning, design, and implementation to ensure the successful installation and functionality of our automatic pedestrian doors.
  6. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and market dynamics, allowing you to make strategic recommendations to clients.
  7. Reporting: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, project specifications, and relevant data. Provide regular reports and updates to the management team.
  8. Project Design Management: Manage project design with end customers and design consultants during the project, ensuring that the materials are as per the design offered.
  9. Forecast Management: Maintain forecast reporting and reach monthly forecasts as per the plan.
  10. New Product Introduction: Introduce any new product and plan for its sales requirements.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in specification sales within the construction industry, with a preference for automatic pedestrian doors or related solutions.
  3. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  4. Technical proficiency and the ability to convey complex product information effectively.
  5. Track record of achieving sales targets.
  6. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  7. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards is an advantage.
