Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in driving business growth. This role is pivotal in acquiring new clients, expanding market presence, and strengthening relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management within the transportation sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new client opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, showcasing the company’s transportation solutions.
  • Set and achieve sales targets in alignment with company objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies.
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote services and enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, including digital content, brochures, and advertisements.
  • Leverage social media and digital marketing channels to attract new customers.
  • Foster long-term relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports to update senior management on progress and insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the transportation industry.
  • Strong knowledge of client acquisition strategies and market penetration techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
