Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase sales.
2. Set sales targets and ensure these are met by team members.
3. Analyze market trends and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.
4. Enhance the brand through various marketing campaigns.
5. Manage social media accounts and coordinate online presence to engage customers.
6. Organize and oversee promotional activities, such as tastings, events, or seasonal campaigns.
7. Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.
8. Handle customer complaints and ensure high-quality customer service.
9. Coordinate with the sales team to monitor sales performance.
10. Ensure bakery products are well-stocked, appealingly displayed, and marketed effectively.
11. Gather and analyze sales data to prepare detailed reports for management review.
12. Work closely with the bakery production team to align on promotional products and strategies.
13. Liaise with graphic designers, advertising agencies, and other external partners for marketing materials.
14. Prepare and manage the sales and marketing budget.
15. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
16. Stay updated with industry developments and competitor strategies.
17. Propose and develop new bakery products to meet market demand.
18. Train and mentor the sales and marketing team.
19. Provide guidance on customer handling and effective sales techniques.
20. Ensure all marketing and sales activities comply with local laws and regulations.
