Sales & Marketing – ISO/Quality Auditor

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing professional to join our startup certification company based in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in forging new business paths, crafting technical solutions that resonate with client needs, and fostering robust industry relationships.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities.
2. Collaborate with clients to design customized technical solutions.
3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive service offerings.
4. Engage actively with clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
5. Conduct thorough research to understand customer requirements and market trends.
6. Be the voice of the customer, participating in adapting strategies to meet their needs.
7. Nurture strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders, agencies, and vendors.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in ISO audits, quality audits, or technical sales, preferably within the certification, consultation, or training sectors.
3. Completion of a Lead Auditor course in one of the recognized management systems.
4. Proven track record in the technical sales process, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Fluency in English and Arabic.
