Job Summary:

Moteelz is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive B2B sales by partnering with travel agencies across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. This role focuses on expanding Moteelzs network of agency partners, increasing bookings through B2B channels, and securing long-term agreements with travel businesses. The ideal candidate has strong industry connections, a deep understanding of travel agency operations, and a proven ability to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

B2B Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to onboard retail travel agencies, corporate travel agencies, and online travel agencies (OTAs) as partners.
  • Identify, approach, and sign contracts with travel agencies to promote Moteelzs travel products and services.
  • Conduct sales pitches, product presentations, and training sessions to educate agencies on Moteelz offerings.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential B2B clients through networking, cold calls, and industry events.
  • Work closely with the contracting and product teams to ensure competitive pricing and inventory for agency partners.

Account & Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for travel agency partners, ensuring strong and long-lasting relationships.
  • Develop incentive programs, commission structures, and special offers to maximize agency sales.
  • Conduct business reviews with key travel agencies to evaluate performance and explore new growth opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to ensure agencies effectively promote and sell Moteelz products.

Sales Performance & Reporting:

  • Achieve and exceed B2B sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and agency booking patterns to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for senior management, tracking agency performance and revenue growth.
  • Utilize CRM and sales analytics tools to manage leads, track interactions, and measure sales success.

Collaboration & Cross-Department Coordination:

  • Work closely with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeting travel agencies.
  • Coordinate with customer support to ensure smooth booking experience and resolve agency concerns.
  • Partner with the technology team to enhance the B2B platform experience for travel agencies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in business, Sales, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in travel, hospitality, or OTA (Online Travel Agency) industries.
  • Strong network and relationships with travel agencies in Saudi Arabia and the GCC market.
  • Proven track record of acquiring and managing travel agency partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of travel agency operations, commission structures, and B2B travel sales.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales performance tracking software.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
