Job description

Foreground is partnering with a leading organization in the education and vocational training sector to recruit a results-oriented Sales Manager for their Dammam office. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, developing client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence in the Eastern Province.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create and execute sales strategies tailored to the Dammam market, driving revenue growth and market share.
  2. Identify and target new business opportunities, maintaining a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  3. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  4. Work closely with the marketing team to support lead generation and sales enablement initiatives.
  5. Conduct market research to understand trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities in the Eastern Province.
  6. Deliver persuasive sales pitches and proposals, leading negotiations to successfully close deals.
  7. Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring smooth transitions to the operations team.
  8. Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to management.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the education, training, or services sector within the Eastern Province.
  3. Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  4. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  6. In-depth knowledge of Dammam's business environment and client base.
  7. A self-motivated, results-driven approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
