We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the food industry to lead and drive sales growth across the KSA. The role requires developing and nurturing relationships with Modern trade & general trade clients, managing key accounts, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the company's presence in the MT & GT segment across the KSA.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base within the channel.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Negotiate and close contracts with clients, ensuring profitable partnerships.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities tailored to the segment.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies accordingly.
Ensure timely delivery and coordination of orders, working closely with the supply chain and operations teams.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to management.
Train and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience of 10 + years in sales, specifically within the MT segment of the food industry in the KSA.
Strong network and relationships with major retailers in the region.
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
A results-oriented approach with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel within the KSA as required.
