Sales Manager – Low Voltage Motors

Job Profile: Sales Manager – Low Voltage motors

We are looking for an individual with +10 years of experience and sound knowledge of the market, customers, and business for Low Voltage motors in the region of Saudi Arabia, with the following roles and responsibilities:

  1. Driving a focused sales approach for Low Voltage motors.
  2. Feet on the street to coordinate daily sales with customers, partners, and OEMs.
  3. Coordination with the backend team for quotations and factory support.
  4. Preparation and submission of techno-commercial offers to customers.
  5. Coordination of order booking (technical and price clarity, Order Confirmation, etc.) with the FIN team.
  6. Post-order engineering document verification and onward submission.
  7. Customer comments post-order and technical clearance of order before manufacturing clearance.
  8. Coordination with the FINANCE team for payment collection and factory invoicing after dispatch clearance.

Strong communication skills, both internally across teams and externally with clients, partners, and stakeholders, are essential for this role.

Knowledge & Skills:

  1. Sound knowledge of LV Electric motors and portfolio.
  2. Added knowledge on MV Motors and MV drives will be an advantage.
  3. Sound knowledge of IE efficiencies.
  4. Application know-how of Fans, Blowers, Pumps, Conveyors, and Mills.

IT Skills:

  1. Project Visio, Smart sheets, or Time management.
  2. SAP would be an advantage.

Languages:

  • Arabic speaking and reading will be an added advantage.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Engineering degree in Electrical stream. A management degree or certificate will be an added advantage.
