Job description
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans specifically tailored for tower cranes and heavy equipment to maximize market penetration in KSA.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business in the competitive heavy equipment sector.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing training and resources to enhance their ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and product demonstrations that showcase the benefits and capabilities of our tower cranes and heavy equipment.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to launch targeted campaigns that effectively promote tower cranes and heavy equipment within the KSA market.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing structures with clients, ensuring profitability while remaining competitive in the marketplace.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and utilize data analysis to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Attend industry trade shows and networking events to build brand awareness and establish connections with potential clients and partners.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and competitor offerings to position the company as a leading provider of heavy equipment solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management within the heavy equipment sector, specifically with tower cranes.
  • Certifications in sales methodologies or heavy equipment operations would be advantageous.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English to effectively communicate with diverse clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong technical knowledge of tower cranes and heavy equipment to accurately convey product specifications and benefits.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, with experience in team management and development.
  • Physical ability to conduct site visits and equipment inspections as needed.
  • A proactive and adaptable personality, capable of thriving in fast-paced environments while managing multiple client engagements.
  • Knowledge of heavy equipment, tower crane specialized.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable equipment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian market for heavy equipment and tower cranes.
