Job description

We are a Field Engineering Manpower contracting business primarily for Oil & Gas, also serving different sectors all over the Kingdom. Currently, we are hiring a Sales Manager (Experienced in Manpower Business).

Position: Sales Manager

Reporting to: General Manager

Candidates with same industry experience need apply.

For any business to thrive, it must have a competent Sales Manager who can plan, execute, and oversee all sales and promotional activities effectively. Sales Managers typically undertake the following duties alone or in collaboration with other personnel in the sales department:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions, and campaigns
  • Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally
  • Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
  • Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
  • Acting as the main focal point of contact between client and organization
  • Advising clients and partners on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners
  • Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocations
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
  • Setting discount rates and determining price schedules
  • Close coordination with the commercial team regarding pricing and quotations
  • Liaising with the Talent Acquisition Team for new orders for execution
  • Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives and overseeing the performance of the sales team
  • Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
  • Defining and executing territory sales plans

Other Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in acquiring manpower supply contracts with Oil & Gas, Energy, Construction, EPC, Engineering & Manufacturing, and other accounts
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing
  • Excellent communicator and presentation skills
  • Good connections in the industry and ability to convert them into sales prospects
  • Valid KSA car driving license
  • Presentable, articulate, service-oriented, and pleasant personality
  • A good team player
  • Excellent computer and analytical skills
