Sales Manager – Digital Marketing & Analytics | e-CENS KSA

e-CENS is expanding its Saudi Arabia operations, and we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth in digital marketing, analytics, and performance solutions. This role is ideal for a strategic and results-driven leader with a strong background in B2B sales and business development.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth in Saudi Arabia.
2. Identify and engage new business opportunities with enterprise and mid-market clients.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
4. Sell digital marketing, performance marketing, and analytics solutions.
5. Manage the sales pipeline, negotiations, and contract closures.
6. Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring targets and objectives are met.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in B2B sales & business development, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or data analytics.
2. Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and data-driven solutions.
3. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
4. Excellent networking, negotiation, and leadership skills.
5. Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to grow market presence.
6. Bilingual in Arabic & English with strong business communication skills.
7. Experience in the Saudi market is a strong advantage.
