Job Summary:

Moteelz is looking for an experienced Sales Manager Corporate to develop and grow corporate sales by acquiring business travel accounts, corporate clients, and large enterprises. This role will be responsible for building strong B2B relationships, negotiating contracts, and increasing revenue from corporate travel sales. The ideal candidate has a solid background in corporate travel sales, excellent networking skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Business Development & Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and target corporate clients, multinational companies, and business travel accounts.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase corporate client engagement.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in corporate travel procurement.
  • Conduct sales presentations, client meetings, and contract negotiations to secure corporate accounts.

Contracting & Negotiation:

  • Negotiate and finalize corporate travel agreements, ensuring competitive pricing and service levels.
  • Work with the contracting team to secure special rates and corporate packages.
  • Develop customized travel solutions for corporate clients based on their needs.

Revenue Growth & Performance Tracking:

  • Set and achieve sales targets to drive corporate travel revenue.
  • Track corporate sales performance, analyzing trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Use CRM tools to manage leads, monitor pipelines, and track account performance.

Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth booking and travel management for corporate clients.
  • Partner with marketing to develop targeted campaigns for corporate travel.
  • Provide market insights and recommendations to the management team to optimize the corporate travel strategy.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong network of corporate clients and decision-makers in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
  • Proven track record in closing deals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using CRM and sales tracking tools.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
