Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager (Corporate) to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand our corporate client base and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the corporate sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and conduct market research to expand our client portfolio
  • Create and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with corporate customers
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast future sales and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products/services to corporate clients
  • Implement and manage CRM systems to track client interactions and sales progress
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to senior management
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales management
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills for sales forecasting and planning
  • Experience in developing and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Knowledge of Saudi Arabian business culture and practices is highly advantageous
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
