Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our chemical sales efforts in Saudi Arabia. Based at our Al Khobar branch, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring our products meet the market's demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets for the Oil & Gas and industrial sectors.
- Manage existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Build a comprehensive understanding of customer needs in the Saudi market, focusing on major clients such as Aramco.
- Conduct market analysis to understand supply and demand dynamics and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Coordinate with technical teams to offer tailored solutions for oil drilling, water treatment, and chlor-alkali applications.
- Lead the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales within the Saudi chemical market, with a focus on the Oil & Gas and industrial sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of the Saudi market, including key clients, especially Aramco, and their demand patterns.
- Strong understanding of market trends and supply chain dynamics in the region.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
