Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our chemical sales efforts in Saudi Arabia. Based at our Al Khobar branch, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring our products meet the market's demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets for the Oil & Gas and industrial sectors.
  2. Manage existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  3. Build a comprehensive understanding of customer needs in the Saudi market, focusing on major clients such as Aramco.
  4. Conduct market analysis to understand supply and demand dynamics and tailor solutions accordingly.
  5. Coordinate with technical teams to offer tailored solutions for oil drilling, water treatment, and chlor-alkali applications.
  6. Lead the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales within the Saudi chemical market, with a focus on the Oil & Gas and industrial sectors.
  3. In-depth knowledge of the Saudi market, including key clients, especially Aramco, and their demand patterns.
  4. Strong understanding of market trends and supply chain dynamics in the region.
  5. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term customer relationships.
  6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  7. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
