Job Summary:

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and fostering relationships with clients. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  3. Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform strategic planning.
  4. Team Leadership and Management
  5. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and achieve sales goals.
  6. Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, share best practices, and address challenges.
  7. Client Relationship Management
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  9. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  10. Sales Forecasting and Reporting
  11. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
  12. Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  13. Lead Generation and Prospecting
  14. Oversee lead generation efforts and ensure effective follow-up on potential clients.
  15. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to convert leads into clients.
  16. Proposal Development
  17. Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical teams to prepare compelling proposals that meet client needs.
  18. Ensure proposals are aligned with the companys capabilities and value proposition.
  19. Collaboration with Marketing
  20. Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
  21. Provide feedback on marketing materials and campaigns based on client interactions.
  22. Training and Development
  23. Identify training needs for the sales team and facilitate skill development.
  24. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance sales techniques.
  25. Budget Management
  26. Assist in the preparation and management of the sales budget.
  27. Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience not less than 10 years in sales management, preferably in the IT outsourcing industry.
  3. Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
