The SAP Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving sales growth for T&S's SAP portfolio. This position requires a results-oriented professional with a strong understanding of SAP solutions and proven experience in selling enterprise services and software. The SAP Sales Manager will focus on building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive the growth of SAP solutions, including implementation, support, and licensing services.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in targeted industries and sectors.
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with internal teams, including delivery, PMO, and marketing, to align sales initiatives with operational capabilities.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing T&S's SAP offerings.
Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely closure of deals.
Keep abreast of SAP product updates, market trends, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Represent T&S at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP sales or enterprise software sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the SAP or technology solutions space.
In-depth knowledge of SAP solutions, including implementation, support, and licensing.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Experience working in the Saudi market and familiarity with regional business dynamics is a strong advantage.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
