Ramada by Wyndham Riyadh King Fahd Rd is now looking for a Sales Manager to join their team!

Job Summary: The Hotel Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the hotel's sales targets are met. This role involves developing strategic action plans, managing sales activities, and collaborating with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities and market trends to maximize sales.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents, corporate accounts, and other stakeholders. Conduct regular client visits and sales calls.
  • Sales Activities: Conduct proactive direct sales, telemarketing, direct mail, appointment calls, and tours of the hotel. Participate in trade shows, sales missions, and promotional events.
  • Revenue Management: Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing strategies and maximize occupancy and revenue. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, front office, and operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences and effective communication of sales initiatives.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to inform strategic decisions. Track and report on sales performance and market trends.
  • Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly. Promote a positive image of the hotel at all times.
  • Training and Development: Mentor and train junior sales staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.

Experience Needed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management software.
  • Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
