Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. +5 years experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
