The post holder is directly responsible for owning the sales strategy, establishing goals, and advising on how to grow sales and improve performance in the assigned market. Additional responsibilities include communicating and cascading the strategy to the sales teams within the FM segments, managing, training, and mentoring the team, conducting appraisals, and supporting direct reports to develop in their roles.
Qualifications and Experience:
MSc / MBA in Business Management/Sales/Marketing or equivalent
Member of a professional body
12 years Sales & Marketing experience, 6 of which in a management position
Strategic planning, forecasting, and management experience
Expertise knowledge of the market, products, and competitive environment
Knowledgeable about online marketing and optimizing search engines
Role and Responsibilities:
Finalisation of new client accounts
Determine the pricing strategy for own clients
Decide on the most profitable products to sell to clients in the FM segments
Authorise emergency deliveries and the delivery of replacement products
Discipline employees for conduct and performance issues
