We are a fast-growing company in Riyadh seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Indian sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Indian market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our presence in the Indian market.
2. Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
3. Identify potential clients and build relationships with key decision-makers.
4. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
5. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to ensure targets are being met.
6. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, to develop effective promotional strategies.
7. Provide training and guidance to sales team members on selling techniques and product knowledge.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the Indian market.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
7. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus.
