Sales Manager

We are looking for an ambitious and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will not only excel at driving sales but will also take on the responsibility of building and managing a small team of sellers in the future. This role is perfect for a motivated sales professional with a proven track record of success who is ready to take their career to the next level.

If you have 3-5 years of sales experience, a strong seller personality, strong social presence, resourceful with contacts and leads, fluency in English and Arabic, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Execution:
   Drive individual sales efforts to meet and exceed revenue targets.
   Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing client relationships.
   Effectively communicate the value of the company’s products/services to potential clients.
2. Team Leadership (Future Focus):
   Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals as the company scales.
   Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to ensure high performance.
   Create a positive and collaborative sales culture that fosters success.
3. Sales Strategy:
   Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
   Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
   Regularly monitor and report on sales performance and metrics.
4. Client Relationship Management:
   Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
   Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.

Skills

Key Requirements:

1. Experience: 3-5 years of proven success in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
2. Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic (required) and English (preferred).
3. Sales Personality: A natural seller with excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
4. Leadership Potential: Demonstrated ability to take initiative and lead or mentor others.
5. Success Stories: Must provide examples of past sales achievements and strategies.
6. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a must, Master's degree is a plus.
