Job Description

You will focus on a defined geographical region or manage a portfolio of key named accounts to drive growth. Your clients will be major conglomerates in KSA, operating across diverse industries, including Automotive Manufacturing, Industrial Manufacturing, Component Manufacturing, Insurance, Real Estate and Retail. Your role will be to leverage the company's strengths to generate new business from these target accounts across the various sectors. The Sales Manager reports directly to the KSA Country Head, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

1. Master of Business Administration and more than 10 years' experience as a sales manager.
2. Lead and inspire a team, providing strategic guidance and fostering a culture of excellence.
3. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and expand market share.
4. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on key sales metrics.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales with business objectives.
7. Use market research and competitor analysis to adapt sales strategies.
8. Lead negotiations and manage contract processes, including local alliances and sales partners.
9. Strong foundational knowledge in information technology, including hardware, software, and IT services.
