Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to join ASE’s team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate has a solid background in B2B sales and experience managing large accounts within the customer experience solutions sector in Saudi Arabia. Candidates must currently hold a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or Key Account Manager position and be ready to lead a high-performing sales team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the customer experience solutions segment
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Lead, manage, and support the sales team to exceed targets
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in sales, including at least 3 years in a managerial role within the customer experience, technology, or telecom industries
Proven track record in B2B sales and managing large accounts in the Saudi market
Currently holding the title of Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or Key Account Manager
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Sales, CRM, or Customer Experience certifications are a plus
Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
