Job Description

Areas of Responsibility and Accountability:


  1. Building and executing the sales plan for the conference portfolio (outside of large-scale events).
  2. Achieving personal and event revenue targets for the conference portfolio.
  3. Collaborating with team members to ensure they achieve their personal targets.
  4. Building and executing new business development and account management plans for all events and products.
  5. Identifying and engaging with new prospects within the market.
  6. Having an in-depth knowledge of Tahaluf digital marketing services.
  7. Working closely with customers to ensure ROI.
  8. Meeting with customers face to face, over the phone, virtually or in writing.
  9. Identifying and mapping potential customer pain points and accurately positioning Tahaluf products as solutions.
  10. Writing business proposals and reviewing customer contracts.
  11. Negotiating with multiple stakeholders for a win/win outcome.
  12. Preparing sales forecasts and analysis.
  13. Working as a proactive member of a high energy/high activity business development cohort.
  14. Building a social media presence through social selling.
  15. Staying abreast of trends and changes in the business world.
  16. Keeping customer information/records up to date.
  17. Proactively developing yourself and having a personal development plan.
  18. Working on projects across the business as required.
  19. Attending relevant seminars, associations, events, and conferences.

Measures of Success:


  1. Personal revenue targets.
  2. Conference portfolio revenue targets.
  3. New business revenue against target/KPIs.
  4. Forecasting accuracy.
  5. Pipeline conversion rate.
  6. Achieving total revenue and profit targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  7. Working with the Tahaluf team to deliver solutions.

Qualifications


Experience & Qualifications:


  1. Industry experience within a New Business hunting role.
  2. Demonstrable experience in a solutions-based B2B environment.
  3. Knowledge of the Tech / Telecoms marketplace.
  4. Managing stakeholders within a range of different customers.
  5. Experience of complex sales situations.
  6. Experience using CRM to manage customer data.

Core Benefits:
