Job description

Black & Grey HR is hiring for a globally recognized manufacturing company. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee key client relationships and drive business growth in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated sales leader with a proven track record in achieving sales targets, nurturing long-term client relationships, and leading successful teams in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage a portfolio of key customers in Riyadh, ensuring consistent engagement and business development.
  • Regularly visit clients to maintain strong relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Utilize expertise in the chemical, paints, and construction industry to identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Oversee supplier relations, procurement, and ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets and objectives.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and feedback to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to enhance the overall sales process.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team to improve performance and product knowledge.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of customer issues, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Contribute to the development of new products or solutions based on customer feedback and market analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (or a related technical background).
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in the paints and construction sector in Riyadh, working with manufacturers or distributors.
  • Strong knowledge of chemical products and their applications in the industry.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and business development skills.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
  • Fluency in Arabic is highly preferred.
