Sales Manager vacancy in Medina Saudi Arabia

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve company sales targets. Your primary duties will include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring your team to ensure their success.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales management role
3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
5. Strong leadership and team management abilities
6. Ability to develop effective sales strategies based on market trends
7. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
8. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company sales goals
2. Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
3. Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
4. Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets
5. Monitor performance metrics, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports to upper management
6. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to optimize the overall sales process
7. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's products/services
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
9. Manage budgeting processes for the sales department
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

This is a full-time position based in Medina. We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month along with accommodation. Visa sponsorship may be provided for international candidates.
