We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective strategies and management of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed sales targets.
3. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
4. Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
6. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
7. Train and mentor new members of the sales team.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the retail industry.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
6. Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
7. Indian nationality preferred.

Salary:

Salary offered for this position is 1200$ per month.
