Sales Manager - Malayalee (Jeddah)

A reputable company in Jeddah is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and increase revenue. This position requires someone who is fluent in English and has excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets
2. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals
3. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
4. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
5. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements:

1. Fluency in English is mandatory, knowledge of Malayalam is preferred
2. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in a similar industry
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
4. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks effectively
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
