Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
  • Identify potential customers and develop relationships to generate new business opportunities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and excellent customer service
  • Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated with industry trends
  • Prepare and present sales reports to the management team
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company and its products

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial machinery industry
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes
