Job description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Identify potential customers and develop relationships to generate new business opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and excellent customer service
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated with industry trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial machinery industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
