Job Summary:

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships for Swvl's enterprise and government transportation services. Your primary focus will be identifying opportunities, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering tailored mobility solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development:
    1. Identify and target prospective clients, including corporations, government entities, and educational institutions, for Swvl's mobility solutions.
    2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
    2. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly.
  3. Solution Consulting:
    1. Understand Swvl's suite of mobility solutions and effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
    2. Collaborate with clients to design and implement customized mobility solutions that address their unique challenges and objectives.
  4. Collaboration:
    1. Work closely with the operations, product, and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
    2. Provide market insights and feedback to the product team for continuous improvement and innovation.
  5. Reporting and Analysis:
    1. Prepare regular reports, including pipeline updates, client feedback, and performance metrics.
    2. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for Swvl's growth.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in consulting, sales, or business development, preferably in mobility, technology, or SaaS solutions.
  3. Strong understanding of enterprise and government solution processes.
  4. Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships and meet revenue targets.
  5. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  6. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  7. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven decision-making is a plus.
