Job Description
SPECIFIC DUTIES
Reports to the Director of Sales and Asst. Director of Sales.
Interacts with other Sales Executives within the department and Oman Regional Sales Team.
Maintains a high profile within the local market and any other company handled.
GENERAL DUTIES
Maintains a sales call pattern within the designated areas of responsibility averaging 25 calls per week.
Establishes and maintains histories on every account within the marketing area.
Provides and produces sales leads for other IHG Hotels.
Attends daily departmental sales briefing.
Provides market feedback and shares with the Sales Team.
Monitors own accounts and monthly productivities and reports back to Director of Sales on any variances.
Maintains high profile within the local community and local accounts.
Submits weekly sales calls plan and weekly entertainment list to the Director of Sales.
Attends all functions related to the accounts handled.
Submits a weekly sales activity report to the Director of Sales and updates him with the market feedback.
Sells and promotes Hotel and its facilities at every opportunity.
