Job Location - KSA (Riyadh/Jeddah/Dammam)

Job Purpose:

Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong business relationships with sub-agents in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on promoting and selling various travel products and services through Cozmo B2B platform – TravTrolley and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. B2B Account Management:
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with sub-agents to ensure long-term partnerships.
    • Driving sales of travel services through Cozmo B2B platform to sub-agents and achieving targeted revenue goals.
    • Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capture these markets.
    • Staying updated on travel products, services, and industry trends to provide clients with the best options.
    • Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction by addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
    • Preparing sales reports, analyzing performance metrics, and forecasting future sales.
    • Upholding and promoting the company’s brand values and service excellence.
    • Conducting market research and staying updated on competitor activities.
  2. Business Development:
    • Focus on both existing and new sub-agents in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) market to expand network and client base.
    • Use networking and market research to identify potential sub-agents' clients.
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for acquiring new clients.
  3. Revenue Management & Reporting:
    • Ensure that revenue targets for assigned accounts are met or exceeded.
    • Keep an eye on booking trends from sub-agents to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
    • Use the CRM system to keep detailed and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
  4. Operational Excellence:
    • Ensure operational excellence by implementing best practices in sales processes, reporting, and sales.
    • Monitor performance metrics, streamline operational procedures, and enhance service delivery to support growth and efficiency.

Skills:

  • Personal Qualities:
  • Strong understanding of travel technology and GDS systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in Arabic and English language (written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Strong network within the KSA B2B travel sector.
  • Passion for Travel.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
  • IATA/Travel Management certifications are desirable.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B travel sales in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales within the travel industry and demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
  • Skills in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo, and familiarity with various airline booking portals.
