- Receive and control the validity of customer complaints.

- Train and assist new employees.
• Check the availability of items for online trade and separate goods on reservation for the online store.
• Package processed orders according to delivered invoices in accordance with the existing procedure (printing invoices, writing cards, packaging for couriers).
• Communicate with the courier service regarding the delivery and collection of packages for online trade.
• Receive returns for the online store and return the product for sale after the return has been processed.
• Communicate with the e-commerce team regarding all segments of business in online commerce at the request of the e-commerce team.
- Responsible for the operation and hygiene of the retail store, including the warehouse premises.
- In the absence of the manager of the retail store and the deputy of the retail store, be responsible for the results of the retail sale.
- Perform other tasks arising from the workplace, as ordered by the manager and director.
Skills
Education: Level 3 - vocational secondary education lasting three years, non-formal adult education (min. 960 hours) or Level 4 - secondary education lasting four years (vocational, artistic, gymnasium).
Computer Skills: MS Office.
English language proficiency.
