Communication: Follow-up and update about customer requirements & needs.
Increase the customer list by successfully closing deals with clients and bringing them as regular customers.
Prepare quotations, job orders/sales order confirmations, and follow up on DRs and invoices.
Manage to hit the sales & collection targets.
Provide yearly and quarterly forecasts to the sales manager through efficient coordination with customers.
Innovate to meet customer and market demands, especially for new products.
Customer satisfaction: Send customer satisfaction forms to customers for their feedback annually, evaluate them to see where the company stands, and take action accordingly.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Sales.
Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in the plastic, packaging, or tubular protection industry.
ISO training and finance brief.
Computer proficiency.
Reading, writing & speaking English is a must; Arabic is an advantage for Arabs.
