Job Description: We are currently searching for dedicated, ambitious and self-driven Sales Excellence Specialist to join our Sales Department playing a critical role in building relationships with our significant clients.

The candidate must have experience in selling and presenting IT solutions/services in at least one of the following domains: (IT Service Management Solutions, ISO Consultation Services).

Responsibilities

• Effectively maintains and retains existing customers by building long-term relationships.
• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines.
• Leads demand-generating marketing activities in the assigned market for the assigned product specialty.
• Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
• Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including business development, support, service, marketing, customer success, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
• Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
• Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
• Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.

• High sense of responsibility and ownership, acting like an owner in what you do.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations.
• Ability to handle many tasks & responsibilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
