Key Accountability Areas
Sales Operations
- Assist in the preparation and submission of proposals, tenders, and quotations, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and organizational standards.
- Support the sales team in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Contribute to the implementation of sales strategies to achieve team targets.
- Engage with potential leads to expand the customer base and contribute to the sales pipeline.
Customer Engagement
- Address customer inquiries by providing accurate information about products and services.
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
Coordination and Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal departments, including technical, operations, and marketing, to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Work closely with senior team members to enhance customer satisfaction and project delivery.
Specialist Support
- Collaborate with specialists to understand product features, technical solutions, and industry trends.
- Use insights from specialists to assist in creating tailored solutions for customer requirements.
Market Insights and Reporting
- Monitor basic market trends and customer preferences to identify potential opportunities.
- Provide regular updates to senior team members on sales activities and customer feedback.
