About the Role:
Mercer is seeking a Sales Director to drive the commercial growth of our business in Saudi Arabia. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you will be responsible for expanding Mercer's footprint in the region by selling innovative HR, talent management, and organizational development solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the Saudi market, with established relationships in both the government and private sectors. You will play a key role in building the sales pipeline, consulting with senior leaders, and positioning Mercer's assessment and development solutions.
This is a commercial role focused on business development and revenue generation, requiring a deep understanding of client needs and the ability to position Mercer's solutions effectively.
