We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading and developing our sales organization, driving revenue growth, and implementing strategic sales initiatives across the region.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to maximize their potential and drive results
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and expand market share
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales objectives with overall business goals
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
Forecast sales, set performance goals, and report on sales metrics to senior management
Optimize sales processes and implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
Stay informed about industry trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
10+ years of progressive experience in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate sales teams
Excellent strategic planning and business development capabilities
Proficiency in CRM software and sales forecasting techniques
Outstanding negotiation and communication skills
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies
In-depth knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and understanding of international business practices
Ability to travel as required for business development and client meetings
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable
