We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new leads and establishing relationships with businesses who require or could potentially require outsourcing services. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong network within the outsourcing industry, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead/Pipeline Generation: Actively prospect to generate leads and acquire new outsourcing businesses for remote services.
  • B2B Prospecting/Leads: Conduct cold calls and outreach to identify potential businesses needing outsourcing solutions.
  • Sales Experience: Utilize your sales skills to effectively communicate the value of outsourcing and close deals.
  • Social Media Outreach: Engage in outreach via social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram, targeting potential businesses.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with potential customers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Target Identification: Identify and target companies that require outsourcing for remote services, understanding their specific needs.
  • Network Utilization: Leverage your existing network within the outsourcing business sector to generate leads and referrals.
  • Communication Skills: Apply your soft skills to effectively communicate and engage with businesses.
  • Tracking Sales Activity: Track and report on all sales activities and pipeline development.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to align efforts and optimize lead generation strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar sales role, ideally within the outsourcing industry.
  • Cold Calling Skills: Strong cold-calling experience and a track record of generating B2B leads independently.
  • Social Media Proficiency: Comfortable and experienced in conducting outreach through LinkedIn and Instagram for B2B lead generation.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the outsourcing landscape and which companies typically require these services.
  • Articulation: Ability to articulate the value of outsourcing for remote services effectively.
  • Language Proficiency: C1 level proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
