Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator at RapidData Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by coordinating sales activities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service, and helping to drive sales performance in the Saudi Arabian market. Fluency in Arabic and English is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in all aspects of the sales process, including preparing quotations, proposals, contracts, and maintaining sales documentation.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary liaison between clients and the sales team, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Order Processing: Ensure that orders are processed efficiently, including coordinating with internal teams (logistics, finance, technical support) for order fulfillment and after-sales service.
  • Sales Tracking: Monitor sales performance and update sales reports, forecasts, and CRM systems to ensure accurate and timely information flow.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities, competitors, and industry trends in Saudi Arabia.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with excellent customer service and addressing their concerns.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing sales events, product launches, and client meetings, ensuring they are professionally executed.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, presentations, and other documentation for internal and client-facing use.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a sales coordinator or sales support role, preferably within the IT, technology, or telecommunications sector.
  • Languages: Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to interface with internal teams and clients professionally.
  • Customer-Centric: A customer-first attitude with the ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and efficiency.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in documentation and reporting.
