Primary Responsibilities:

The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales department, clients, and other internal teams. This position helps optimize the sales process to achieve business goals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the sales team with daily operations, including preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations.
  2. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and sales calls.
  3. Manage customer accounts by maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
  4. Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, quotations, and order status.
  5. Support the preparation of sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts.
  6. Ensure timely processing of sales orders and coordinate with logistics for on-time delivery.
  7. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support promotional activities.
  8. Handle communication with internal departments to resolve client issues promptly.
  9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
