Tyrezone is the wholesale division dealing with B2B sales in the tyre, battery, and accessories segment. In the UAE, Tyrezone operates sales offices in six locations with a large central warehouse in Dubai Industrial City. Tyrezone distributes Toyo, Jinyu, Maxxis, BF Goodrich, and Chao Yang brand tyres, as well as Panasonic, GS, and Asahi battery ranges. Tyrezone is expanding similar operations to Saudi Arabia in partnership with new brands.

To assist the sales team and handle day-to-day branch sales and operational tasks, the Sales Assistant will:

1. Assist in achieving budgeted sales and gross margin targets through proper support and coordination with sales staff and a proactive approach towards handling customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
2. Attend to counter customers and contribute to sales.
3. Prepare monthly payment follow-up sheets and follow up with sales staff and customers.
4. Handle invoicing, arrange deliveries, and coordinate with the warehouse team.
5. Arrange and send warranty tyres and batteries to the warehouse with details for inspection and settlement.
6. Manage office administration functions, including cheque postings, inventory control, bank cash/cheque deposits, and petty cash handling, ensuring zero discrepancies.
7. Interact and coordinate with the head office and other branches.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have the following:

1. Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Graduate / Diploma in a related field.
2. Minimum Experience: 2 - 3 years sales support experience in tyres and batteries.
3. Job-Specific Skills: MS Office.
4. Behavioural Competencies: Teamwork, initiative, customer-focused.
