Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dammam for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing sales processes, and providing training and support to the sales team. Daily tasks will include engaging with potential and current clients, conducting market research, managing customer relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service. The specialist will also monitor sales performance and work toward meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to provide effective Training to sales staff
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with real estate market trends and dynamics
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in using CRM software is a plus
