Sales and Marketing Officer – Saudi National / Arabic Speakers

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
• Identify and target potential customers to generate new leads and sales opportunities.
• Effectively execute sales and convert leads into closed deals.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Track and analyze sales and marketing metrics to evaluate performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products or services.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales and marketing activities and results.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive for success.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
