What we need:

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Sales - Key Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will drive revenue growth by developing and implementing customized after-sales solutions that address our clients' unique needs and challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Understand client needs and propose appropriate after-sales solutions (spare parts, maintenance services, PPM contracts).
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing accounts.
  • Monitor and report on key account performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in key account management, customer success, or a related field. Experience in managing high-value clients in the after-sales or service industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team management and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of after-sales service business models.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales.
