We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join our team. This role will focus on expanding our client base by acquiring new deals and securing new sales within the MENA region. You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, demonstrating our training solutions, and guiding them through the sales process to successfully close deals.
Position Overview:
As an Account Executive at KnowledgeCity, your primary focus will be on generating new sales. Working from our Jeddah office, you will identify potential clients, conduct outreach, and secure sales appointments for walkthroughs of our training solutions. Your role is pivotal in driving new business growth by managing the sales process from initial contact until the close of the sale.
The ideal candidate will be a driven and ambitious sales professional with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals. This is an in-office position, providing you with the opportunity to collaborate closely with the team and leverage our resources to significantly impact our growth and expand our reach in the eLearning market.
Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential new clients within the MENA region through strategic outreach.
Schedule and conduct sales appointments to perform detailed walkthroughs of our eLearning solutions, tailored to the prospective client's needs.
Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial contact through to closing the sale, ensuring a smooth transition and high customer engagement.
Develop persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company.
Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within our CRM system.
Meet or exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Experience and Skills:
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets, preferably in the eLearning, tech, or software industry.
Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively conducting product walkthroughs and closing sales.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
A solid understanding of sales performance metrics.
Excellent negotiation, time management, and organizational skills.
Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential.
Schedule:
Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
